On the opening day (23rd April) Marianne Tomann-Stahl, President of the District Government Detmold, Friedel Heuwinkel, the Destrict Administrator of Lippe and the Minister for Economy, Energy, Building, Housing and Transport of the State North-Rhine-Westphalia, Harry K. Voigtsberger visited our booth at the international industry fair in Hanover (HMI). The robot head Flobi is able to shows emotions and to act as a conversation partner. Bielefeld's research focus Human-Robot Interaction is a significant part of the leading-edge cluster it's OWL.

The HMI will be open until Friday (27th April), everyday from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. On Friday there will be a program especially for school student: They can get informations about study at the Technical Faculty of Bielefeld University, and about the hands-on experiences laboratory teutolab-robotik.
